Hardware has a 30-day hardware defect policy. If your return request is approved, we will pick up the hardware at your location or provide you a return label within 5 business days. Hardware may or may not have a manufacturer's warranty; please read the product descriptions for warranty information and contact us if needed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product.
Software cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us for assistance in using or registering your software, or for help transferring your software license to another person (if possible).
